APLINK LCXe High-Resolution Inkjet Printer is a new generation of APLINK systems. It prints code on porous secondary cases with mineral ink. Prints on non-porous with UV ink and UVLED Curing System. Printer equipped with piezoelectric print head. APLINK LCXe is the perfect solution for any production line with a speed of up to 60 m/min. LCXe Printer can print on the top and side of cases. Tilt cases as well.

APLINK LCXe High-Resolution Inkjet Printer is empowered with a 7″ full-color touch-screen display. User-friendly interface providing real-time printer status update. Printer provides the following print resolution – 180 dpi of vertical and up to 360 dpi of horizontal resolution. APLINK LCXe can print any kind of logo, text, barcode, dates, variables, formulas, images, etc.

APLINK MRX Bicolor High-Resolution Inkjet Printer

The UBS APLINK MRX Bicolor High-Resolution Inkjet Printer print onto porous surfaces of cases. Also message created in two colours simultaneously. Printers are capable to print pictograms and texts according to Reach regulation and CLP regulation. CLP Regulation ensures the minimization of the risks for human and environmental safety. Finally, regulation serves to prevent any possible chemical pollution deriving from Home and Personal Care Products. However, APLINK MRX Bicolor can also be used in any application where two-color printing is required.

APLINK MRX Bicolor is capable to print either texts, images, logos, and symbols. Furthermore, it prints any 100% legible 1D/2D barcodes. Also, they are compatible with GS1 standards (GTIN13, GTIN14, G21-128, and GS1 Datamatrix). All above apply to secondary packages of porous materials. Such as corrugated carton cases, cardboard trays, and paper bags, etc.

Piezoelectric print head allows print messages up to 72mm height. Messages are in high contrast with eco-friendly oil-based ink. Also, messages come in resolutions of up to 185×720 dpi and speed up to 110 m/min.

APLINK MRXe is capable to print texts, images, logos, symbols. Furthermore, it prints any 100% legible 1D/2D barcodes. They are compatible with GS1 standards (GTIN13, GTIN14, G21-128, GS1 Datamatrix). All of the above apply to secondary packages. Such as corrugated carton cases, cardboard trays and paper bags, etc.

Piezoelectric print head allows print messages up to 72 mm height and up to 8m long. Messages are in high contrast, using eco-friendly oil-based ink. Messages come in resolutions up to 180 x 720 dpi and speed up to 110 m/min. Printing capacity up to 4 prints/sec (depends on resolution, message length, gap between prints etc.).

APLINK MRXe High-Resolution Inkjet Printer allows simultaneous use of up to 4 printheads. They are connected to a one controller with a 10.1” coloured user-friendly touch screen. As a result that allows operating each printhead independently through its intuitive interface.

The non-pressurized ink bottle contains oil-based ECOINK. It is free of mineral oils. It can be replaced on the fly. Therefore one should not stop the printing process.
