This grease penetrating ink has been specifically developed for the company‚Äôs market-leading Linx 8900 Series continuous inkjet coders, is a dye MEK based ink.  Its contains a black dye which delivers excellent contrast and legibility on transparent or pale colored materials, while its special formulation enables the printers to code through a light film of oil, grease or condensation, and to preserve code quality if the code is exposed to these later in the process.

Typical applications include a variety of food packs, such as butter, margarine, spreads and salad containers. Also ink works great for meat and dairy processing, and packs that are coded before a cooking process. Besides grease penetrating ink perfect for engineering environments where oil and chemicals may be present.

The ink is suitable for use on many different materials including glass, metal and a wide range of plastics.  It works on HDPE film, polypropylene containers and caps. Great for coding onto treated and untreated Oriented Polypropylene (OPP) for flow wraps and stand-up pouches.
